Tawazon\u2019s plans for 2025 are firmly aligned with this commitment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting began with a powerful opening address by Mr. Hassan Metla, Chief Executive Officer, who shared his vision for the year ahead and emphasized the importance of purposeful growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Metla also presented a review of Tawazon\u2019s 2024 performance, spotlighting key achievements, strategic wins, and operational progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Presentations followed by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mr. Oussama Ghandour, Managing Director, who shared the strategic roadmap for 2025 and beyond.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mr. Rohan Aranha, Director \u2013 Sales and Operations, who delivered insights on market dynamics, customer engagement, and operational priorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mr. Brett Preston, Chief Human Resources Officer, who highlighted HR strategies focused on talent, culture, and employee well-being.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A heartfelt felicitation ceremony honored long-serving team members for their loyalty and contributions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>30 Years: Mr. Rohan Aranha<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 Years: Mr. Veja Modhvadia and Mr. Khalid Ashram<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 Years: Mr. Muthu, Mr. Pradeep, and Mr. Parvinder Singh<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15- and 10-year service awards were also celebrated with pride and gratitude.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The event concluded with a buffet lunch and a fun-filled quiz program, where Mr. Thamarai, Mr. Shimjith, and Mr. Anu Soman emerged as winners and received exciting gifts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Kick-Off Meeting marked the beginning of a new chapter \u2014 one focused on growing responsibly, delivering value, and making a positive impact.
